How long will it take to clean my house?
Every home/ office is different, and needs different tasks done at different times to get up to our high standards of cleanliness. First time cleans and deep cleans always take longer than regular weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleans. Every client gets a walk through on their first appointment for a thorough assessment and estimate. During the estimate, we can discuss the amount of time it may take to clean your home.
Will you use my cleaning supplies or yours?
It’s up to you! We are fully equipped with eco-friendly, green cleaning solutions for your home, but we can also use whatever tools you provide us with upon request.
What should I do to prepare for the cleaners?
You can do as much or as little as you like. It all depends on how much time you have and how much time you want to save on our cleaning services. Having the dishes done and personal items picked up off of the floors always saves the cleaners time but any chores you don’t want to do/don’t have time to take care of is what we are here for!
Do I have to be home/available?
No, you do not have to be. Our integrity and respect for our clients and their homes/offices are our highest priority at Kinkaid Cleaning, so whether you are home or at work, the level of service we provide will not differ.
How can I trust who is in my space?
We are a small, privately owned business. We have a very small team of employees, so you will always know who is in your home. We are licensed and insured.
